Grapecon has exceptionally equipped Clean Room facility for the electronic component assembly, which is one of the essential aspects. A Clean room is a contained space where provisions are made to reduce particulate contamination and control, under environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and pressure.
To achieve zero contamination, we use High -Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters that trap particles that are 0.3 microns and larger. The air is passed through these HEPA filters in the Clean Room.
Spread in 6000 sq ft, the clean room has a standard temperature and humidity control, that is 22-25 Degree and 40 RH, respectively.
The personnel assigned to work in Clean rooms are given training on contamination control. Their entry and exit are through airlocks, air showers or gowning rooms. It is mandatory to wear special clothing, designed to trap the contaminants that are generated by the skin or human body.
